The gospel of Jesus the Messiah (whose name in Hebrew is Yeshua Hamashiach) can be summarized in seven points:
⛈️The Fall of Humanity: When Adam and Eve sinned in Genesis chapter 3, they became disconnected from God (whose name in Hebrew is written as 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄). As a result, everyone is born in sin, which is rebellion against God and transgression of his law.
🩸The Need for Sacrifice: Under the Old Testament law, animal sacrifices were required for the Hebrews to maintain their fellowship with God. These sacrifices served as temporary atonement for sin.
💡God's Plan for Redemption: Despite humanity's sin, God had a plan to offer salvation to all people. This plan involved the establishment of a new covenant, as prophesied in Jeremiah 31:31-34, and a perfect, once-and-for-all blood sacrifice.
🗡️The Perfect Sacrifice: The new covenant required a perfect sacrifice—one that could never be repeated. This sacrifice was fulfilled through Jesus, God's Son, who lived a sinless life and gave himself as the ultimate sacrifice for sin.
3️⃣The Death and Resurrection of Jesus: Around 30 AD, Jesus was crucified by the Romans in Jerusalem. However, he overcame death and rose from the grave three days later, demonstrating his power over sin and death. These events are documented in historical records.
👐The Gift of Eternal Life: God offers the gift of eternal life to all who believe in Jesus. As stated in John 3:16, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” This gift is available to anyone who chooses to accept it.
🔥The Consequences of Rejection: For those who reject God's gift of salvation through belief in his Son, the Holy Bible warns of eternal separation from God. Revelation 20:15 says, “And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.”
